About Us

	The GemClub Homeowners' Association (GCHA) is a body of involved and concerned property owners who willingly accepted the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCRs) of this community and association upon purchase of property within the GCHA divisions (Prestridge; GemStone I, II, and III; Chandler Courte; Devoreau; and Braebyrn) and in the development currently known as Gem Heights.
The primary purpose of the GCHA and its members shall be to support, comply with, and enforce all existing and amended CCRs and by-laws to ensure a quality neighborhood, effective community organizations and high standard facilities and community properties that will benefit all members of the GCHA.
